While the bride got ready in a mansion, the groom got ready in a caravan! Actually first, like Mr. Cardigan, he spent the morning setting up our reception space. Knowing he was in charge of that part of the day put me so much at ease. And then it took him about 30 mins (max) to shower and get ready, as opposed to the eternity it took me…lucky!

He very much enjoyed sporting the cufflinks from Etsy seller dabbledesigns. And you might notice that we didn’t go with the grey suit as planned…in the end, a black suit with charcoal pinstripes was the one he set his heart on.

He loved the pocket watch I gifted him, as well as an initialled handkerchief for his pocket and Kouros cologne.

Oh, yes. I married that handsome man, ladies

I’m so glad Mr E chose to wear Chucks on the day. He wears them all the time now; they are a great reminder of our wedding. His mum had some pretty hot shoes herself: she painted the wedge green to go with her dress!

In no time at all, it was time for Mr E and I to meet. His watch snuck in a final glamour shot….

(guest photo…yeah we had guests that cool)
…and he got my bouquet and headed excitedly over to the house where I was waiting for our first look!

That’s his excited/happy look if you can’t tell (guest photo)
