For some reason, I’ve become enamored with feathered hair accessories. I love the light, ethereal look they can achieve, and the bit of uniqueness they offer. While I’ve mostly been bookmarking gigantic pieces like the one above, I really love anything that screams, “LOOK AT MY HAIR! It’s SO pretty!”

Now I just have to figure out how to wear my hear so I can squeeze one of these beauties in. I actually have my first hair trial/experiment on Wednesday, so expect some pics soon!

Oooh, I love that ostrich one! (Sorry Miss O) You are going to look totally fab with a feathery piece; I could definitely see you rocking one of the more headbandy ones (a la that BHLDN one above, or the guinea feathers).

Ohh, the first one truly is beautiful. It is interesting because at first glance, it looks only like a lovely flower, and only when you look close do you see it’s made of feathers.

Yes, I agree with you that feathered hair accessories are a must in every wedding outfit. Hhmm, why didn’t I think of that before. I love the first one at the very top, quite simple, yet elegantly sexy and beautiful. These are great hair accents which can be used for other occasions too.
Love it! I am doing a feather hair clip to go with my peacock theme. Also a peacock feather shoe clip.
I’m too chicken to do feathers in my hair. (hah!) Between my gown and how I think I want my hair, a feather would be too much going on, but excited to see you rockin’ it soon.
