Happy Hump Day, Hive! Our incredibly in-demand artist Irene Chan let us know she has a small gap in her schedule to craft up some icons, so you know what that means…it’s future generations brainstorming time!
We’ve yet to introduce our next generation, already waiting in the wings: Tea Party! But here’s a sneak peek for you today of one of our favorites:

So, what’s next for the bees?
Mrs. Mouse and I were chatting, and we haven’t had an animal generation in quite some time, and we came up with the idea for woodland creatures. Mouse also thought it would be super fun to have a magic/fairy tale generation, for all of us that believe in happy endings!
Here’s a running list of possibilities we have for both generations thus far, but we’d love your input! We’ll narrow each down to a list of 15 characters or so, and zip them on over to Irene to work her artistic magic.

What characters would you like to see in our Woodland Creatures and Magic/Fairy Tale generations?
I would love for there to be a Bluebird, but would i then have to change my name?
My fave woodland ones are: Doe, Owl, Eagle, Squirrel, Hawk
I love the fairytale ones but Nightingale is the best! ♥
I just wanted to say Miss Macaron is too cute! I love both generation ideas and think Miss Ground Hog (Bill Murray anyone?), Fox, Owl and Eagle would be so cute!
Love them! : ) I would add “wolf” to the woodland creature list, and “cougar/puma/mountain lion”.
I love the woodland generation! (Owl - woot!) And I want go on record that whoever gets Miss Macaron I will be totally jealous of your avatar! 
love them both! great ideas! …it’d be fun to have a “transportation” one too - boats, cars, bikes, unicycle, rollerblades, train etc
*squeak* That Miss Macaron icon is waaaay too cute for words! Lucky girl who gets that one….*just a wee bit jealous* I love the ideas for the new generations, especially the woodlands one! Miss Porcupine is my favourite

I love the macaron icon!!! And I love the woodland creatures generation idea, though maybe Antelope is a little too similar to our Miss Gazelle?

They all sound adorable! So excited to see the Tea Party generation.
Also, having a Miss Unicorn is a must. Can you imagine how adorable that icon will be?!

OMG I am dying over Miss Macaron. DYING. And of course, I love all the Magic ones, especially Miss Cauldron, Wand, Spells…. Oh, and Miss Owl is so good too, Owls are so trendy and cute right now!
I like the woodland creatures idea (I am a major owl-lover!!!), but I also think you should do dinosaurs!!! How sweet would a stegosaurus or pterodactyl or t-rex be?!?!?
I’ve been thinking that there needed to be a woodland creature generation, so I’m super excited about that!
Ohhhhhhhh, I would have looooved to be Mrs. Doe. But then would I have had to call Mr. Spaniel “John” instead? Har har har.
