Married! Jeez!

Oh heck yes friends, I’ve gone over to the dark married side.

I keep trying to run through the day in my head so as not to forget it. It was absolutely perfect. Sure, shit went wrong (which I’ll touch upon at a later time) but seriously—none of it matters. It was hands down the happiest day of my life.

Married life, as of yet, doesn’t feel much different. I go shopping at Marshall’s while he takes a nap. Married life is good, just like engaged life, and dating life before it. I finished officially changing my name within 3 hours and although I am without a debit card (seriously?! can’t you speed this up bank?) for 7-10 days and my memory filled 21+ license (she threw it out on me! wah!), it too went smoothly.

I think the best part of being a newlywed however is the great, big, giant, sigh. I don’t have a huge event looming over my head, gobbling up all of my free time. It feels good, real good. Although, I won’t be resting too long because my BFF/MOH’s wedding is coming up real quick and she was an awesome slave for a day Maid of Honor.

So, as I slowly stop speaking Spanglish and settle back into work (BLECH! I WANT MEXICO… NOW!) I’ll leave you with a little, itty, bitty, teaser as I impatiently await the arrival of my no doubt fantastic professional pictures.
