I knew I wanted something big and bold when it came to my wedding-day jewelry. I don’t do “dainty” very well, and intricate jewels kind of freak me out. Since I’m not very coordinated, and I tend to get the fragile stuff caught on door handles, zippers, dog paws, etc. So when it came time to start looking for the statement-making (but sturdy) jewelry I craved, I knew I would turn to my old pal Kendra Scott (OK, we aren’t really pals, but I feel like a jewelry-making friend would be a pretty great thing to have).

Her jewelry is uh-mazing.
And clearly I’m not the only one obsessed with her stuff. I’m always seeing Kendra Scott jewels featured in US Weekly, InStyle, etc.

But what really just kills me is the price. For example:
These babies…

… are $60. And we’re talking real stones here. God bless you, K Scott.
There’s also a cool Color Bar feature on the site, where you can customize certain pieces with your choice of stones and settings:

Right now, I’ve got my eye on a few pieces as potential wedding-day “bling”. I’m thinking of going all white for the ceremony, and mega-bright for the reception.
For the ceremony:

Carmella Stud Earring in White Lily / $70
For the reception:

Grace Statement Necklace in Crush / $245
Anyone else thinking of using Kendra Scott for bridal jewelry or bridesmaids’ presents?
