So you saw Mr. Starfish and I in all of our glory taking photos on campus, but you may have been wondering what the Starfish Wedding Party was up to at this time… complete shenanigans. While we were shooting classic wedding photos and basking in newlywed bliss, our friends were coming up with all sorts of poses and hamming it up for the camera. Midway through our own photo session we looked over to see this:
We looked at each other and smiled.
This is why I love our friends
They turn everything into a good time, even taking wedding photos. Our photographer loved our wedding party and had a lot of fun with them. They were up for anything.
We had a good time looking through the photos and seeing what they were up to.
When we planned out our day and our shot list, I told our photographer that I wanted the second shooter taking photos of the wedding party while we got some couple photos in.
I told the bridesmaids to do whatever and they definitely put the second shooter to work.
As you can tell, I think the girls had a bit more fun with this part of the shoot. It wasn’t all fun and games though—there were some gorgeous shots of our beautiful wedding party, which I’ll reveal soon.

I love looking at your bridal party, since you had 7 BMs… just like me! It gives me hope that everyone can be in a shot without it looking too crowded. It also doesn’t hurt that your gals are pretty gorgeous and clean up pretty well, too!
That pyramid is made. of. awesome! Your gals are so adventurous to pull that off in those gorgeous dresses!
