Hive, I owe you a huge apology! I’ve been such a fail bee blogger the past couple of weeks with only about three posts in the past two weeks. We’ve been in invitation hell, thanks to our May send-out deadline, but I’m happy to say we are making progress! Supplies have been bought, and they are fabulous, if I do say so myself!
Fabric to back our invites has been screen printed…
And Mr. CCandy has been busy at work sewing over 100 buttons onto our belly bands. If anyone is interested in a how-to for these, let me know, and I’ll get one together.
We’re making progress and have a plan in place to get these suckers done and out the door come the first week in May! Wish us luck!
Anyone else pushing to meet a tight wedding deadline?

we don’t get to finalize our menu until the second week of september which is 6 weeks before the rsvp deadline. eeek! hopefully we can get it done before our drop dead mailing date. it might be tight!
we have some picky eaters and i would like to avoid phone calls that involve “what kind of sauce is the chicken cooked in?

Too cute, CC! Love the fact Mr. CC is helping to sew the buttons on! My FI wouldn’t touch it with a 50-foot-pole! (Nor would I want him to, for that matter, lol).

We have the same deadline as you! I think I’ll have an invite assembly party with the bridal party so that we can get these things out on time. Those buttons are adorable!
