Bling Ring Mugs

May 19th, 2011 @ 2:34 pm by Mrs. Funnel Cake

Happy day, everyone! I want to take this time to show you what is quite possibly the coolest mug at my workplace:

Yes…that’s a bling ring mug. Look closer:

For a girl who is mildly obsessed with planning weddings at the moment, I was ECSTATIC to find this coffee cup in the cupboard at work. Now I can enjoy my coffee in the morning with just the right amount of bling I deserve. I’m going to go out on a limb and say every woman deserves a coffee cup with a big sparkly oversized ring. (Unless you are single, and then it’s just plain mean if you get this as a gift.)

The novelty of this mug prompted a bit of searching. How can I acquire a blingy coffee cup of my own to enjoy at home? So far I’ve found a few cups in this theme:

I thought they would even make cute MOH or BM gifts, but then I’m probably the only one who thinks novelty coffee cups are cool. I’ll have to think harder for an idea for that.

Did you come across any cool novelty finds while planning your wedding?

Umm…I love this. I have an unhealthy amount of mugs (only fun ones, of course) and I think I might have to add another one to the collection.

I love these mugs too!! I actually bought the first one for my gay BFF about a year ago when I came across it at a museum in San Fran. He absolutley adored it! I think it is a great gift idea for your Bridesmaids! After all, “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend!”

The company that makes the mug in the first picture is called Fred and Friends. They make SOOO much cool stuff.

I bought my girls a book called “Look! There’s Jesus!” It’s a huge inside joke as whenever we went traveling some place one of us would see something that looked liked Jesus, so yeah. :)

Oh my goodness! I sell these in my gift shop and on my website! They make such a cute engagement/shower gift! I love mine! The company Fred & Friends is my favorite vendor, we carry most of their unique gifts! The Diamond Shaped Ice Cube Tray is a cute engagement gift as well! Check them all out WeeCanShop.com. That was so funny to see that on here!

I love this mug! Such a cute idea. I’m not sure about bridesmaids gifts, but I love the idea of giving it as a bridal shower gift (especially if your bride to be registered for coffee or tea style gifts). Hmmm…..that gets me thinking…. ;)

AH! I love this mug! I now MUST have it for the day of the wedding as I am getting ready. I’d love to buy one for each of my BM’s too…need to check if I have any wiggle room in my budget for this.
