Forgotten Details

May 20th, 2011 @ 5:09 pm by Mrs. Funnel Cake

Back when I ordered my jewellery from Etsy, I completely forgot that I have two piercings on my right earlobe. DOH.

What are we going to do about you? I’m not sure why it looks like I’m wearing blush either…I’m not!

I wasn’t thinking at all about what I would put in my second piercing next to these fancy earrings:

I usually always keep the second piercing a simple stud, so I contacted Carla at Etsy and asked her if she could make a simple rhinestone stud to match the smaller rhinestones in the earrings. She replied back quickly saying sure and that she would just throw something in and that the items were almost ready. So nice!

Do you have any details that just slipped your mind?

I love that she said she’d throw in something for you! :)

Can I ask why you got just one in the one ear? I love the uniqueness of it (I’ve got three in each ear..which is down from what WAS 9 in each ear ;p). I kinda like just the single!

@reeseruiz: I was wondering the same thing! Any significance, if you care to tell us? Obviously you don’t have to ;)
Also, those earrings from Mr. Funnel Cake are so pretty! He’s got good taste!

That was nice of her - when I went through her for my second stud, I think I paid an extra fee for it? ;)

@reeseruiz: @Miss Pony: I just wanted more piercings and I like the asymmetry. :) I’ve thought about doing another pair so it’s 2-3 but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.

@Miss Jaguar: Maybe I was lucky because I contacted her while she was still making all the other jewelry? :)

@Miss Funnel Cake: Those earrings are to die for! It’s awesome to get free stuff, no? PS I have a friend who has a second earring on just one ear because she accidentally let one of them close up. Much less cool than doing it on purpose ;)
