Remember how I was complaining that we haven’t really seen any of our planning come to life? Well, yesterday I FINALLY got a tiny peek at our wedding vision!

I was struggling through the last hour of work, when I got an email from my Mom with the subject, “Look.” I figured it was probably just a cute cat or a dirty joke (Mom always sends the good emails ), but it was something better… much better.

The bridesmaids’ dresses have arrived!!! Excuse me while I do a little happy dance…

They need a good steaming and some cute jewels to brighten up the color, but I love, love, LOVE them! I have a feeling that Mom Sparkler still isn’t totally convinced that it was the right choice, but I know she’ll fall in love with the final product. And I’m very happy that my girls like them. Little Sis even commented that she wants to re-wear hers for her homecoming!

What do you guys think? Do you like the gray? Would you wear this dress again?

Yay, so pretty! I would totally wear that dress again, and I think some bright jewels and/or colorful shoes would liven it right up. I bet your mom will agree completely once some color is added into the accessories, too.

I love the gray!! My bridesmaids are also wearing gray and whenever I tell people they go…oh, gray…that’s nice…

eeeeee! that is my color - and i’m going to do the pop of color with jewels, shoes and flowers too

where did you get that dress? i’d love to see if there are other similar options (my girls want to all wear a couple different ones) and i think that this one would be a GREAT starting point!

@Pittsburgher2: We ordered them in March and most of them arrived last week. A little bit of a wait, but JCrew has been awesome about updating my girls throughout the whole process. I think this is unusual for them, but this style was more popular than they anticipated. Hope that helps!
