Whew! That’s a lot of music! All in all, including the cake cutting, tosses and other special events, this playlist was just under three and a half hours.

Hey loving this post! We are doing all of our own music too. What I really want to know is how it went with the IPOD at the church. Did it sound good? Was it awkward with cutting the songs short or how did you work that? We have a limited budget so we were thinking of doing IPOD for all of our stuff too. Plus super small church = no room for anything but organ which isn’t my fave.

@Miss Bentley: Technically we didn’t run an iPod or laptop in the church. I made the playlist in iTunes and burned a CD for the sound guy at the church. Then he loaded it into iTunes there and I told him which songs should be played when, and he took care of all that. Our church has a sound board, so the songs faded in and out when it was time to cut. Hope that helps!
Our first dance was to Smile also! And after the ceremony, our exit song was “I gotta feeling” by the Peas.. Good choices!!!
