Ta-Ta-Ta-Table Numbers

June 15th, 2011 @ 1:21 pm by Mrs. Panther

Gah, I have so much to share! This past weekend, I had my amazing bridal shower, and it was SO much fun! We drove up to Connecticut for the shower so that we could bring up all our wedding stuff and drive our gifts back down, so I had to finish a few projects that I’d been putting off for a while. I meant to finish all the day-of stationery before we left, but that just didn’t happen. I was, however, able to finally finish the table numbers. Want to see them?! OK!

As you may recall from my last table number post, I had some trouble with a bunch of frames that had the glass GLUED in. We ended up just cutting the fabric as close as we could and then gluing it to the glass itself (instead of wrapping it around and taping it in back). This means we won’t be able to re-use the frames after the wedding, but you know? C’est la vie, man! We have 18 days left until the wedding. No time to care about these things.

Anywho, here’s the rest of them! I made 26 tables just in case, even though we probably won’t need more than 23. Better safe than sorry, eh?

Mr. Panther helped with the gluing. Thank goodness. I’m the sloppiest of the sloppy, so if I had done that part, they would look much different.

What do you guys think? Do they look like my original inspiration photo?

These are amazing!!! I am so jealous. Your guest will flip out when they see them. If I was a guest I would try to take one home with me. You could sell these for sure.

I am not having table numbers, but if I were this is exactly what I would want.

Love these! I have bee trying to collect these numbers also, but I had bought all the two’s that the three michaels around me had and I am still three short. I still have a year to go though, so no worries. I am definetly using your pictures though for inspiration! Btw, how much did the frames run you and what sort of paint did you use? I love the shininess of it!

Wow! I love these, I was thinking of doing something similar to this (using frames mounted on a piece of card as the seating plan) but never thought about having them on the table as well! Thanks for such a great post. Can I ask, where you did you find was the best place to pick up frames? I’ve been looking in charity shops (I’m in the UK) but the selection is often zero to none!
