As our special day began to wind down, I couldn’t help but have a huge cheesy smile plastered on my face. It’s true what they say you know; the whole day flies by in a flash. When I realized it would all be over soon, I took a few extra moments to stop and look around at what was happening around me…

Our beautiful friends and family that had come from far and wide to celebrate and support us, including my amazing brother who requested a special song for us to dance to.

The details and projects that I had worked on for so long finally came together to add the special touches I had always hoped for.

The extremely touching and heartfelt toasts that were delivered by our best man and maid of honor, people who we will be forever grateful to for standing up with us on our big day.

Cake that was so delicious that I wanted to eat all of it myself (and God bless who ever had the foresight to leave a few extra slices in our honeymoon suite. We may or may not have argued over the last few bites..)

And my husband (my HUSBAND!!) who was smiling with just as cheesy of a look as my own, who danced with me all night, kissed me every chance he got, and has filled my heart with more love then I could have ever imagined.

(Obviously not from the end of the night, but one of my favs that still makes my heart flutter.)

Both Mr. Cloud and I were so sad to see the day we had waited for so long to come to be coming to an end, but also giddy with excitement to see what the next step in our journey would be. If I could offer any advice to a future bride it would be this, steal the extra kisses all night long and don’t forget to stop and enjoy the special moments that I promise you will never forget.
