If you’re anything like me, you were excited to find Project Runway’s new season starting up a few weeks ago. Bridesmaid Rifle and MOH Bombshell share my love for the show, and especially for mentor Tim Gunn.

I used that picture because Tim is doing his, “I’m concerned” face, and I’m pretty sure that’s the one he’d be giving me if he were looking over my wedding plans about now.
“Miss Cannon,” he would say, “I really think this could be amazing, but you don’t have much time left.” Then he would point to my closet full of half completed projects and say, “This concerns me.” I would give him a half worried, half hopeful look, then he would give me a squeeze on the shoulder and an encouraging smile. “Make it work!”
So, in an attempt to take advice from my favorite man (other than Mr. Cannon, of course), I have been trying to make it work the past few weeks by having Rifle over on Thursday nights for wedding crafting, beer, snacks, and of course, watching the new season of Project Runway.
We have made some progress, but there is still a lot to do. However, with the new semester looming, I know I need to get as much stuff knocked out in the next week as possible.
So I submit my list of things I must complete to you, in hopes it will keep me accountable:
It’s quite a bit for a little over a week (especially considering all the other things I have going on) but I’m determined. I will make you proud, Papa Gunn! I will make it work!
Awesome. For my birthday last year, he was at the Mall of America and I went and had him sign his last book…I heart Mr Gunn so much.

You can do it Cannon! And that whole pseudo conversation with Tim Gunn was so awesome, I could totally see him saying exactly that.
You totally nailed the Tim Gunn convo, and had me cracking up at my desk! You can do it! 
I love Project Runway and Tim Gunn. And it’s such a great phase for all of life. MAKE IT WORK!

Bahaha spot on words from Mr. Gunn. I obsessively watched the seasons on Bravo but didn’t make the switch to the new network.
Lol do you remember the guy (I can’t think of which season) named Santino who used to do the Tim Gunn impressions? It always cracks me up.
Who else read the Tim Gunn quotes in his voice? Haha.
I love Tim Gunn. After reading that post, my inner monologue is in his voice.
Whew! That is a large list, but I have faith it will get done!
