Remember how Macs was considering a custom ring? Well, after several email exchanges his ring finally arrived. There was one small problem—the engraving was off centered.

See how close “Strength” is to the bottom? I was really disappointed given the whole ordeal and since it was a customization I didn’t think it could be returned. Sassy tried to cheer me up by saying it wasn’t that noticeable but I wanted it to be perfect. This is a wedding band and while Macs didn’t notice it (I didn’t point it out to him) I knew something like this would literally bug me till death do us part.

So what did I do? After sulking for several hours I emailed e-wedding bands the above photos and told them I was disappointed. I figured it’d take several days before I’d get a scripted “we’re sorry, but…” reply, but instead I got a FedEx return label and multiple apologies. Even though they said they’d take care of it I was really worried something else would go wrong, but with no recourse. A week later I received the second ring and guess what? It was perfect.

Mine should be arriving any day now and I’m really anxious since I never tried it on with my engagement ring (fingers crossed there’s no surprises).

Well, Since Our Engagement was a Mutual decision with no Proposal Him an I went to pick out my Ring, I looked For Weeks For the Ring I wanted.. Im not all about how much Carts are in a Diamond Ect And I hate to wear Expensive Jewellery Because im afraid to loose it. Lets Make Long Story Short here LOL.. found the Ring.. Went to pick out.. Was told they may not be able to get it made in my size.. But i had to put a deposit on it because gold prices where going up on Monday.. (we went on the weekend) So For the Entire weekend I waited Patiently and Discouraged that i wasn’t going to get the ring i finally loved! Come Monday. The Girl Called me Up Sounding almost disappointed then Perked up and Said they could Order my Engagement Set!! I was Thrilled And It should be Here Any day now.. Im hoping everything will be fine Once its here!!

Can’t even begin to describe all the hiccups we’ve encountered while finding FI’s ring. Who knew it’d be harder to get his ring than mine!

It sounds like you had excellent customer service from e-weddingbands.com, would you recommend this website to other bees?
