I am a Sunny So-Cal bred gal who trudged across the country to follow her love of psychology and ended up finding a partner in the process. I am overly passionate about anything I involve myself with. I am an activist, a foodie, a reality TV watching junkie, an over-analyzer, a photography obsesser, and am utterly cheesy to the core. This is a story of what happens when a boy and a girl meet, fall in love over academic dorkiness, and a shared love for life. We (mostly I) are planning our semi-destination wedding in my hometown of San Diego. We are excited to bring our families and friends together from across our lifespans to celebrate our future in a grand 400+ person culturally blended affair!

After we finished all the necessary wedding festivities, it was finally time to start the dancing and the partying. This is when the letting loose happened. Check out the fun! Brother Hot Wings had successfully completed his Deal or No Deal hosting job and he clearly had some pent-up energy to let go of. When the tie hits the forehead, you know a party is going on.

Maybe you’re not the dancing type. That’s okay. Some cousins found that chopsticks could easily be turned into microphones. And the singing went on.

Mr. Hot Wings still hadn’t gone all wild and crazy pants yet. He had saved a dance for Grandma, and he wasn’t going to let the opportunity pass. Thank goodness Mama M was there to capture the moment.

Mr. Hot Wings really made me feel special all day and all night. He didn’t leave my side too often. And he even came to get me on many occasions during the dance party because he wanted to dance with his “wife.” He’s soo the one!

*Special thanks to our friends and family. Our photographer had completed her contracted time and we bid her farewell. Our friends and family did a wonderful job of documenting the debacle that went on from there ’til the end. All photos are from them.
