After an amazing bridal shower, we continued the fun by jumping right into my bachelorette party. Besides hanging out with my besties, there was only one thing I wanted to do for my bachelorette:

I love laser tag and I have very competitive friends, so I knew this was going to be a fun activity for our group.

Apparently the vest/gun combo that Barney and Robin are sporting create an environment for spreading HPV (according to the laser tag people), so we used modified paintball guns as modeled by BM What’s Her Face:

As you can probably see in the pictures, laser tag was hot. We were basically in the dirtiest shed I’ve ever seen on a 90 degree day with zero air movement, and it was still awesome. After playing for an hour, we were ready to shower, change, and head out for a low key night on the town.

We started at my favorite Mexican restaurant, where my girls made sure I looked the part of the bachelorette with my sash, a veil, light up earrings (so. awesome.), necklaces, bracelet, and a light up ring.

After eating my weight in black beans and guacamole, we headed to my favorite Irish pub where I consumed their famous green drink, to be sipped from the only penis paraphernalia at the party:

We chatted, had a few drinks, and had a good time:

The plan was to then go back to MOH Cheerleader’s home to play games, eat snacks, and drink wine, but we really only got to the wine and snacks before I started getting super tired and ended up calling it a night (it was a long day, yo). While not your typical bachelorette party, I loved every minute of it!
