I seriously love my bridesmaids. I could not have asked for a more beautiful (inside and out), caring, awesome group of girls to be with me on my big day. So, it was only fitting that I wanted them to wear something they would totally love and feel great in. Something puffy and shiny, with lots of ruffles…heh, JK.

I’m not a huge fan of them spending over $100 for a dress that they may only wear once, especially for a beach wedding, so I decided to start looking for some alternatives.

Here’s what I found…

So there you have it! All it takes is a little research to find some super-cute dresses for your girls. Most of these dresses are under $50.

My idea was to let each girl pick her own dress and just go with it, but I was also afraid I might get bombarded with questions about dresses since they are all so darn nice and they want my day to be perfect.

I was contemplating that top one for-EVER! I ended up buying all my girl’s dresses at once from J.Crew, they came out to about $43 a piece! A lot of their dresses are expensive, but if you go with ones that are not necessarily bridesmaids, they have great sales. I got mine during an Extra 30% off sale and opened a Credit Card to save an additional 20%. Best yet, they were absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was fantastic when it came to size exchanges!

I love the first one from Modcloth! I just wish I could fit into the dresses they sell, they’re all so cute…but they usually run super small. My bridesmaids found their dress at the same boutique where I purchased mine. They ended up paying $120-ish each…not bad at all for boutique prices! They’re all going to wear the same dress in the same color, but luckily they all love it.

These are awesome! I would love to be a girl in your wedding and asked to buy one of these lovelies. As for our choosing, we pretty much just got overwhelmed with choices, and then found the dress while shopping with my maid of honor. They’re real bridesmaids dresses, so they’re a little pricey. But each girl chose her style, and they’re actually pretty awesome dresses that you actually, really, honestly I SWEAR could wear again

Oh so pretty! I had a certain style that I wanted but I offered my MOH a different style but she wanted to match the others. I doubt they will wear them again unless they chop off a lot of the length, but they still are very pretty!
