After lots of persuading and pleading, Mr. PF finally agreed to go try on suits for the wedding!

Since we are having a beach wedding, I decided that we needed to have linen or at least light-colored suits to fit with the formality of it.

I am so glad we went when we did because they were having this UH-mazing sale at K&G. Get this—it was “Buy one suit for $179.00 and get two free.” WHAAAAT? Two suits for free? Sign me up!

We tried on a couple of different suits and finally decided on the perfect suit.

(BTW, the suits aren’t white—they are tan! Didn’t they have white suits in that show?)

I think he likes it.

If you have K&G in your area, I highly recommend them! They are affiliated with Men’s Wearhouse in some way. The staff are so helpful and I couldn’t believe we got such a great deal. I mean, these suits are nice, y’all.

Was your FI excited about trying on suits or was it like pulling teeth?

What a great deal! And I love the Miami Vice picture, classic. It definitely took some convincing and pleading to get Mr. P to finally try on suits, but it was so worth it

Lol! Yeah, definitely took a lot of fussing to get Mr. N to finally try on tuxes. I knew it’d be a quick process, but he was just so reluctant!

Don’t us brides deserve a buy one get two free on our shoes?!?!?

I very much wish that Mr.A would wear a suit/slacks/something-other-than-jeans for the wedding buuuuuut that is a battle I (& our mothers) gave up on. I have to admit that I have dreams that he surprises me or something crazy but, alas, it isn’t happening so I am just letting it go!

If only the guys would have worn suits, this would be a great idea. But that’s okay. They’re renting tuxes and that will fit our more (accidentally) formal wedding.
