Sister/MOH Ticket planned the bulk of Bridal Shower Socal and Mama Ticket helped (and provided our house for the shower). Sister/MOH Ticket decided to give us a shower with a Hawaiian theme since that’s where we are going on our honeymoon. There were leis, grass skirts around the tables, little umbrellas, plastic coconuts, and pink/orange flowers as far as the eye could see. They did such an awesome job decorating while Mr. Ticket and I went out to breakfast. (He decided to go to the movies and see Friends With Benefits in order to avoid the cackling of 24 women.)

Sister/MOH Ticket made us an awesome collage of pictures throughout our relationship.

Sister/MOH Ticket asked to use the beverage dispensers we bought for the wedding, which I was happy to provide. (The more use they get the better—just means we got our money’s worth!) She also made up a batch of blue Hawaiian (a drink we had our first trip to Hawaii) and iced tea.

The food was a total hit. It was nearly ALL gone by the end of the day! There were tuna sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls, prosciutto cups filled with ricotta cheese and spinach (my favorite!), sweet and sour meatballs, spicy crab dip, cake pops, and a beautiful cake (from Simply Cakes, the bakery our wedding cake is coming from!).
