So after we danced our way back down the aisle, we gathered our families and the wedding party for some quick formals.

Typically I’m not a big fan of posed shots but, looking back, I’m really glad we have them. Usually formals aren’t too exciting, but there were some moments that I just had to highlight.

I love formals. I know folks are all about the photojournalistic approach right now but honestly, I find the formals a tradition that really shouldn’t go out of style because it is so timeless and classic. I love yours. I’m glad there are photographers and brides who find a way to merge both styles of photography :)
