At this point in the day, I was very proud of myself for making it so long without crying. The day was over, and I had made it through dry-eyed. That is, until my bridesmaids said goodbye to me.
Only one of my bridesmaids lived in Atlanta at the time, and wedding planning was such a wonderful excuse to talk to them all the time and see them as often as possible. At this moment, it hit me that it was all really over. I lost it, and burst into tears.
I’m pretty sure they followed my lead, even though half of these girls aren’t what I would call criers. We were sad it was all over, but we were so happy to have been able to share such a fun day together.
I’m not really sure where Sister Lioness was for this little photo shoot…probably still on duty!

I didn’t cry. But I heard my mum sobbing LOUDLY during the ceremony. I thought they were tears of joy but um, she was sad a family member couldn’t make it (deceased) 
Anyhow, I give you kudos for making it till the end of the reception before the waterworks. Most brides don’t. And I must say again, your MUA did a fabulous job. Your hair is banging 
Great job on making it that long. It doesn’t take much for me to cry. I’m doomed. I must have waterproof makeup, all around.
What a beautiful group of ladies! Knowing my bridal party, I have a feeling there will be plenty of waterworks!
Awww what great photos! My girls are all long distance too. The wedding has given me a great excuse to catch up with them frequently so I will be sad when it’s over.
I never actually cried on the day — I definitely teared up before walking down the aisle, and a little bit when I first made my appearance. But the next day - whoooo! When we got home and I started putting everything away, I was crying all over the place. It was the rush of everything being done all at once, and now just going about our life. I was scared I was going to get all depressed because everything was over. Thankfully, I did not! It last about an hour, and then I was fine — mostly because Mr. Ladyfingers caught me crying and I was embarrassed and he told me it was OK and let me get it all out
