I have a serious addiction to paper products and milk chocolate. My fiancé totally gets my tomboy-princess-combo personality and will bring me chocolate when I need a pick-me-up. After a legal ceremony in Germany, we're planning a down-to-earth (semi-destination) wedding with our friends and family in the US.

Inspirational Details: Table Numbers

September 14th, 2012 @ 7:01 am by Mrs. Bracelet

I found it hard to choose a table number design for our wedding. There are so many great ideas out there. One of the top finalists was this little number, which had me instantly raving about it to Mr. Bracelet. I loved that is was functional yet entertaining/informational.

I wasn’t quite ready to give this project the go-ahead—not coming up with enough creative facts about us or where we come from off the top of my head being one of the reasons. I continued to keep my eyes open and found several other designs that I liked.

Super classic paper with calligraphy (or calligraphy-ish font):

Another option was to go with the popular chalk board:

I also loved the variety of solid 3D designs:

I used very simple table numbers themselves – just purchased them from Joann Fabrics but the I had the table number holders stand out with ribbon table number holders that I purchased from http://www.ReservedSeating.etsy.com after I found her on here. My colors were navy and yellow and she customized it for me.

Of the numbers above I like the classic calligraphy but it all depends on the look of your wedding!

I made mine with my sister’s Cricut out of cardstock left over from our invitations.

Simple, but nice. I didn’t want to spend too much time on them!

I love the first one! I love when table numbers are personal and named after something important to the bride and groom. But I also love the simple wood numbers

I love the moss colored ones, probably because they are green :) I also love the first ones, since it could make guests mingle by wanting to read the fun facts on all the tables.

I love the first one, I think it’s so cute and personal and the kind of thing I would really enjoy reading. Since we are getting married NYE we decided to do a different resolution for each table number… So it will say “resolution number” then the table number and then the resolution underneath.

I do like the first one but agree it would be hard to come up with things. Our wedding is in VT so we are using maple syrup containers for our table numbers
