The short version: getting dressed on my wedding day turned out to be quite the process.
The long version: after spending all morning getting pretty, having photo shoots, prepping, and relaxing with the girls, Laura from Exclamation Imagery pointed out that we were all of a sudden running behind and needed to hurry it up and get dressed. Except it turned out to be a bit more time consuming than we originally thought!

Step One: Foxy Mama and I helped the ladies get dressed first.
Step Two: My turn! Huzzah! Except, as I started to take my wedding dress off the hanger, I all of a sudden realized that I never actually hung it up on the fancy-pants hanger I specially ordered for it, and hence, never got any pictures of it hanging from said hanger. So, I proceeded to beg the photogs to let me rehang it real quick to get my staple hanging dress photo.
Success! Oh…and since I don’t think I ever mentioned it before…the dress is Allure, style 922!
Step Three: With the dress photos done, I actually started to get dressed.
I totes adore MOH Copper’s excitement in the second picture!
Step Four: We zipped that baby up!
Step Five: Okay…so the zipper went up way easier than I remembered it doing at my last fitting. I realized at that point that there was a good possibility that I may have lost another pound or two the week before the wedding…stress will evidently do that to you. Cue brief moment of worry due to the need for that dress to fit to the tee, which was solved magically by my fabulous fellow dancer friend (Brideslady M) getting all up in my business. Tissues were stuffed into my bra to push up the tatas (like I really need more padding there), and a nice little combo of fashion and toupee tape were used all over that ish.
Step Six: After a good few minutes of pushing and zipping and tapping, the dress was seemingly secure and in place…and I was just about ready to see Foxy for the first time that day!
