Boston Bees

October 10th, 2012 @ 4:22 pm by Mrs. Beanstalk

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing girls at a Boston bee meetup! It was my first time meeting anyone from the hive, and I have to say I was a little nervous. (I’d never met anyone at a restaurant who I did not know beforehand, so I didn’t know what to expect.) Of course, my worries were silly because all of the girls were as sweet as can bee!

It was an intimate group of soon-to-be brides from all over the Boston area. As we ate lunch at the British Beer Company, we chatted about our upcoming weddings, TV shows (TLC is home to some of our favorites), and our SOs. It was such a pleasant afternoon. I honestly had so much fun and can’t wait for the next meetup!

What I found to be so cool was the fact that we were all completely different, yet we had so much in common! I also really enjoyed being able to talk about Weddingbee with people who are in the know! Whenever I try to chat about the hive with someone who isn’t familiar with the site, they always look at me like I’m slightly crazy (if only they knew how AWESOME this site is)!

I can’t say enough good things about Weddingbee. It is an amazing site filled with a plethora of good information. Also, everyone on the site is so friendly and helpful. This is such a great little community, and I’m so happy and proud to bee a part of it!
