Mr. Genie and I said our final good-bye for the evening after making sure he had everything he would need for getting ready the next day, including beer and snacks.
And girls’ night commenced. We got some frozen yogurt, despite being stuffed from dinner, and settled into our PJs to enjoy some laughs. I was so happy to have my best girls with me that night. I started with gifts to the bridesmaids. I think they really liked them!
Then, it was my turn for gifts. MOH Wino coordinated with the girls to stock my honeymoon suitcase. She made a fun game of it, where I opened all the gifts first and then guessed who gave me each one! It was slightly hilarious, and I was terrible at guessing, because it can be difficult to pinpoint which piece of underwear your friend will choose for you. Nonetheless, too fun and I loved everything!
We talked some more and laughed and were silly, but then noticed something that gave us pause every now and then.
We finally let that dress convince us that it was time to go bed just before midnight, and I said good night to my cousins and my friends. BF Super Llama stayed in my room, and we chatted just a little bit more but went to sleep pretty quickly. But before that moment, I reminded myself to remain poised tomorrow and enjoy every moment, because I was getting married!

I’m planning to! While I love Mr. O, I think it will be so fun to spend the night watching girly movies and chatting with my favorite ladies.
