My grandparents, our parents, and the bridal party, including Mr. PaC, processed down the flagstone paver aisle to an acoustic version of “Maybe I’m Amazed” by The Vitamin String Quartet. We instinctively chose instrumental pieces for their emotional oomph without the distraction of vocals. The processional music was to be subtle. If guests could identify the song and knew the lyrics, all the better. I did not want Sir Paul getting shouty during our processional, even if he is my favorite Beatle.
So press play and be prepared to cry. As the violin crescendos around the 9 second mark, my heart swells and I tear up. Still.

I love how all the mom’s dresses have a similar cut, it looks like they’re mismatched but not really, very beautiful.
@Mrs. Hyena, @Miss Gray Wolf, @Mrs. Scepter, & @ChicagoDreamer: That view of the venue is one of the things that sold us on Greenville Country Club. When we get a house with a yard, I would love to build a scaled down version of that garden.
@Mrs. Pony: It is beautiful! Much easier on the ears without Sir Paul’s shouting too. 
@Miss Toadstool: The moms did not plan their dresses at all! My mom picked hers first because she didn’t think a summery dress would be out in time the following year. It is funny that Mr. PaC’s mom and step-mom both chose navy and that three out of four women had the tiered gowns!

@Mrs. Sunhat: The venue is so gorgeous in the summer that it’s tempting to join their club just to spend time there, but it’s out of our financial reach. Drats! 
I thought the moms looked great too! My mom – wow! Her hair and make-up plus her dress… but her best accessory was her HUGE smile all day long!
