From our fun bridal party photos, we moved on to Wayfarers to prepare for the ceremony. The first thing we did was sign our marriage certificate and had MOH Wino and BM B sign as witnesses for us. Then, guests started to arrive, so Mr. Genie went to greet guests, and we girls stayed in the bridal room, touching up and collecting ourselves.
And it was also time to put on my veil. I really wanted my mom to help me do this.

Afterwards, my mom went out to join my dad in greeting guests.
I heard Mr. Genie was all smiles. I was told by a lot of my friends that they were surprised at how talkative he was. Mr. Genie is normally a very quiet guy, but his personality was shining through that day.
I tried to sneak some peeks from the window, while anxiously awaiting for my parents to come back for our walk down the aisle.
It was almost time. Mr. Genie and his mom shared a few loving glances before they opened the show.
