Mr. Whale happened to be out of town for an entire weekend recently. Le sigh… so to pass the time, I decided to work on wedding crafts!! So far, I’ve done a little more work on my bridesmaids’ hangers. And I started making a big statement necklace that I’m planning to wear to the reception. I’ve spotted a lot of necklaces that are very nice, but nothing is exactly right. So, I’m making it on my own. I’ll post some pictures when I’m done!!
When do you get your wedding crafts done? When your fiance is gone? Or does he help out?
I love a good statement necklace!! I’m especially obsessed with the 1st teal one and the last coral one you posted. I’m also jealous that you have the creativity and motivation to make your own (I so do not!). Oh, and my crafting days often come when I’m on a school break and my fiancé is working so definitely when he’s not around! Good luck!
I made my own necklace too! I found several things that were close, but like you said, nothing was exactly right! But I absolutely COULD NOT have finished that necklace without my fiancé’s help. He kept me calm (so many almost-freak outs were avoided!) and he held the tools when I needed more hands!
