Love the pizelles! My FMIL makes these every Christmas so I’m excited to ask her to make a bunch for the cookie/candy bar at our wedding. A very personal touch.

What’s the gold thingy next to your photo mat? A sundial? Did you just happen to find a sundial with that perfect quote on it? (That would be quite serendipitous!)

The story behind it is, we found one exactly like it in MOH Lefty’s back garden a few years ago, buried under some overgrown brush that we were sort of clearing out. When the wedding came I thought it would be a perfect place to display it, but Lefty couldn’t find it anywhere 
we thought we had left it in a certain spot on her back patio but it wasn’t there anymore. So for my bridal shower, she gifted me a new one! Now Mr. Wiz and I have it displayed in our house
