After our first look, we stole away for some couple shots before we brought the bridal party in. The images don’t really need much explanation, but I will say that they are my favorite shots of the day. Why? Well, because they are of me and Mr. CA! Duh. The entire reason for the wedding. Sarah and Chris beautifully captured us, our love, and our relationship, and I cherish these pictures. They make me remember how calm and happy I felt at the time. Just me and him (um, and our photographers, but we can pretend like they weren’t there), all excited about getting married.

One of my top five favorite pictures from that day. We put this one on the cover of our parents’ albums. Oh, and if you look real close, you will see Bill Gates’s complex on the bottom left. Ha!

All right, I couldn’t resist throwing in another shot of my bouquet (loved loved loved my florals by McKenzie Powell).

We took pictures by the water at the Club, and then we drove around and found a little green patch of grass and trees. It was beautiful, quiet, and calm. Such a nice little private spot to take the day in before things got really crazy.

I don’t know why, but I just really like this picture. Must be the trees. Or because he never holds my hand in real life, so now I have photographic evidence of him doing it once.

I look slightly deer-in-the-headlights here. Definitely not model material, let me tell you. Oh well.

After those shots, plus a quick shoe shot on the way back to the car (I freaking LOVED my shoes!), we headed to the club to snap some bridal-party portraits. It was a bit of a struggle getting my poufy dress into the car, but we managed.
