About Mrs. Boa Constrictor

I apologize for the recap hiatus—the Boas went back to Puerto Rico for the holidays and just got back last week. Our holidays were spent surrounded by family and friends that we haven’t seen in the last six months. It has been incredibly hard to get back into the Cincinnati groove.

The Boa recaps continue just after our first dance, when Mr. Boa and I picked up the mic to welcome all of our friends and family to our wedding and to thank them for sharing in such an important event in our lives. By then it was close to 10:30 am and everyone was probably starving. So, as planned, we announced that the breakfast buffet was open. Our breakfast buffet consisted of a fresh fruit platter, a cheese platter, a ham patter, a pastry platter, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and french toast.

I always said that I WOULD eat at the wedding and by 10:30 am I was starving, so the Mr. Boas opened the buffet line.

I’m famous for my voracious appetite, so I had not one, but two plates full of yummy food.

We sat down at our gorgeous glass sweetheart table, but there was barely enough space to hold our plates. So we decided to be practical and enjoy our food without worrying about knocking over our table by moving to an empty table nearby.

I’m a delicate little thing aren’t I? * Guest picture

My dress was realllllyyy tight and I couldn’t sit comfortably. With the help of a couple of people, I managed to hang most of my skirt on the back of the chair and have space in front of me to enjoy my food.
