Want to guess how obsessed I was with buying white dresses after we got engaged? Here’s a hint: I already have my dresses for both of my showers AND the rehearsal dinner. Boom.
I really didn’t mean to shop for white dresses. But as soon as I got engaged, all I wanted to do was wear white. Coincidence? Answer: no.
The first dress I found on clearance at Loft. Confession, I wore this to dinner on my birthday last year. I think I can reuse it without too much shame. What, you only wear outfits once? Well…I’m jealous.

The second dress came from Marshall’s, which is really a pain in the buns if you are not ready to dig through a ton of unorganized items to find that one thing that suits you perfectly. I fell in love with the lace backing of the dress when I went looking for summer dresses for work. It’s been sitting in a bag in my closet ever since.

Finally, I am so excited about this last dress. I found it on sample sale rack at a bridal salon when I went to try on dresses with my mother. It doesn’t have any tags or other identifying labels on it at all, so I’m thinking maybe it was made by the seamstress at the salon? Just a guess. It’s simple and sweet, and it is, technically, the first wedding dress I will wear, pre-wedding. The price tag said it was originally $850, reduced to $80!

Totally obsessed! I used to gravitate towards colors but everything I try on now is white. I love the last dress.

I am obsessed with LACEY PASTEL OR WHITE dresses. They MUST have lace on them. (i’ve always been partial to lace, but since my wedding dress does NOT have any lace, all other clothing needs to).
I had 2 skirts already, have added 2 dresses and a skirt, and have about 10 others saved in various wishlists or carts around the net.
I WISH i could find something at marshalls, but all i can ever seem to find there is shoes. But not white ones yet, which i am in dire need of.
Cute! I was so exhausted right before our rehearsal that I didn’t even wear a dress…how lame is that? Haha!
Those first two are perfect for summer. You’ll definitely wear them long after the wedding.
I’ve actually managed to collect two white dresses since getting engaged. I’m actually quite surprised at myself for getting them, especially since I might not wear white to my shower and rehearsal.

I like white dresses but only have one – and I happened (aka totally planned) to have it on when we got engaged! I’m not sure what size I’ll be when the rehearsal dinner/showers roll around, so I can’t buy any white dresses for those occasions yet – but I can drool over yours!
I love that last dress–can’t believe it went from $850 to $80!! What a steal I’ve actually been on the hunt for a white dress for my bachelorette party but I can’t seem to find one that’s party-ready and fun.
Guilty! I brought short lacy white dress a few days after getting engaged and wore it to our engagement party last week I love the feeling of having a tan and wearing white! ….your dresses are beautiful! <3
