Hi Hey Hello

Hi everyone! I am so udderly excited to be here!

Super excited to be watching the O's win! Photo is personal.

Very excited Milk Cows ”“ personal photo

Mr. Milk Cow and I were sitting on the couch after having his tennis team over and I was obsessively refreshing my email when a message from Mrs. Mouse came through. It had the same subject line as the rejection email I had gotten a few weeks earlier, so I almost didn’t open it. When I finally worked up the nerve to read the first few lines, I screamed and immediately made Mr. Milk Cow (suggestions for a new name, anyone?) look at the farm generation with me so I could make a decision. I don’t think he completely understood what I was talking about, but he played along and was excited with me, which was all I needed!

Mr. Milk Cow and I are both in our early 20s and live in Columbia, Maryland—the perfect place to enjoy the suburbs (easy parking! tennis courts!) while still being close enough to head to Baltimore and DC when we’re in the mood for some city life. I work as a human resources analyst and spend my free time reading, playing soccer, and checking Facebook too often. Mr. Milk Cow is currently a mortician’s assistant and studying to be a funeral director. When he’s not working, in class, or spending time with me, you can find him playing tennis or video games. He is incredibly patient and laid-back, which is the perfect complement to my constant planning and worrying!

Together, we love the beach (being there or talking about how much we want to be there), Mexican food, Netflix marathons, spending time with our family and friends, cooking, and trying new things together. In the year and a half that we’ve been together, Mr. Milk Cow and I have learned to make sushi, taken ballroom dance lessons, run a 10K, found some new favorite recipes, and started playing racquetball together. We’re combining our personalities, backgrounds, and families in an interfaith Catholic-Jewish wedding. Our goal is to have a night that is elegant, memorable, very personalized, and a ton of fun. I can’t wait to share the planning with you!

I’m wondering if your venue is the DoubleTree in Columbia?? My fiancé and I stay there whenever we visit my family and we love it :)

    Also, how about Mr. Steer?

@BeeNumberBea: It is! :) And I will pass along the name suggestion to Mr. Milk Cow, since he gets final say. Thank you!!

@jlc3: Thanks! I know – we spent all weekend brainstorming and couldn’t come up with anything good, just some really bad cow puns. Udder-half is funny! :)

@Bethang: Thanks! Mr. MC is one of my favorite options since it is so much shorter for me to type :)

@Michelle: so many options, thank you!
@DelilahDiamond: I am sitting at work laughing so hard right now. I suggested Heifer originally because I thought it was funny and he didn’t seem to like it, but I’ll give it another shot! :(
@Koukla: Thank you, Mr. Moo is cute!!
@LAB: Ahh I love it, thank you!

I am going to have a nice long list of suggestions for Mr. Milk Cow to review tonight. Thank you! Hopefully he likes one :)

I would advise against steer given it means a castrated bull.
Welcome to the Bee & excellent choice in choosing the cow!

I would advise against steer unless you are not planning on having kids and are going to share something very personal about your fiancé!

Welcome to the Bee! I love the cow icon!
