Time for the food, people! We chose to have a buffet over a served meal. It was one of the few things Billie asked for and I tried to be accommodating when he actually voiced an opinion. There was so much food, honestly when we looked back at these pictures we were looking at each other going “wait, we had fruit?” and “did you even get to try the salad?” The food was amazingly good and so many people complemented us on how delicious it was—our mad props to the chef at the Inne of the Abingtons!
We had Fresh Fruit, Mixed Greens Salad, Italian Pasta Salad,
Steamed Fresh Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Bakery Fresh Rolls,
Stuffed Shells, Seafood Newburgh, Smoked Pit Ham,
Roast Sirloin of Beef au jus, Sausage and Peppers, Chicken Strips in Garlic-Wine Sauce, and Romano Meatballs. My mouth is watering just looking at the pictures again…
During dinner our DJ sang and played the guitar. It was nice because it made for a mellow atmosphere and it mixed things up a bit with the live performance.
We ate super quick so that we could run around shaking hands and kissing babies…ok kissing one baby, but how precious is she?
