Boo yah - our slideshow is up baby!!! Thanks to Scott Robert who feverishly worked until the wee hours of the morning to pound that shiet out for me within the week!! It was either that or he would have had me refreshing every half hour on the dot and attacking him via email.

Gotta give him major props for the slideshow and all the photos because I was a wee bit concerned about how we would be captured on camera, naturally and as ourselves…. but it was captured amazingly.

We totally got lucky because both Scott and Bandele Zuberi were in town for one of Scott’s workshops, so we held them hostage. I mean, hung out with them all day exploring the city. The only thing more perfect I could have wished for was way less cooooold BRRR weather.

Everyone around is me a verbal countdown clock. It’s great, I’m super excited that they’re excited for me. But literally, each time someone says, a few more weeks to go…. my mental checklist, the WHOLE list flashes through my head. And my heart skips a few beats.

Here’s an update on the To Do’s that keep going on and on …

Le favors are coming together. I used my card box, prewrapped as a mixer… that’s 20 lbs of jelly beans - NUTSO sugah high I tell ya.

I’m not quite stubborn but I have serious issues with asking for help. Seriously, I soOOOOo did not want to ask for help and it took a lot for me to email my girlfriends desperately asking for help even though, they have on countless, countless occasions offered their help! I am crazy I know. I just feel so bad troubling them because they are helping us so much already being a part of our wedding and have done so much to spoil me already as is! BUT THANK YOU LOVES, I would not and could not have succeeded with a sane mind without you!

I called for help last week and set up a day to meet up with my girls. Despite their crazy work schedules, they all showed up and in one night, my hell was relieved. Etching Bonanza Sweatshop in mad process …

While vacationing in Hong Kong, Mr. CB and I decided on a whim to do the traditional HK/Taiwan style glamour shots. We were unprepared but pretty happy with the results. It’s definitely very traditional for weddings in Asia to have these types of photos taken, then displayed at the Chinese Banquet. We want to be as traditional as we possibly can in our 2nd day reception, so why take not these photos.

Thanks to everyone that commented on my last post in regards to the Epic Outfit Contendors. Turns out… I may not go with any of those. And I am completely freaked out!

I started shopping early and was pretty confident with my outfits, but then I started doubting myself since I did get opinions that the black outfit looked a bit on the business attire side and the white, I’m afraid even though it’s cute and simple, I may just look too washed out. I panicked and began ordering a truckload of outfits via Nordstroms and paid overnight shipping for them to arrive today. EEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeKKKKs!

Let me know what you think? I’ll do fashion runway picture montage for ya tonight once I get them home to try on… And get this, I’m sick again! Stupid cold/allergies! I feel so far off the sexy wagon, it just ain’t pretty here.

Next weekend, Mr. CB and I finally take our epics with Scott Robert. Check out his last esession for Angie and Jon. They are one good looking couple!!! I hope we’ll look as hot, fun, and fierce as them!

I can’t wait but then I realized, man I’m cutting it kind of close and I’m still not sure about the outfits and locations we want to epic in!!! Need yo help ladies!

Two weekends ago, I was beyond spoiled to death by the shower my girlfriends threw for me. Unfortunately I have no pictures to share… just yet. I have to wait patiently for them to pass it on to me. So many people showed up for dear ol’ me, I just about pissed my pants… it blew my mind! I CANNOT wait to share all the details with you ladies. Hands down, I bow down to my BMs. And a million trillion thanks to our friends who attended and friggin spoiled me (& Mr. CB) rotten. They totally helped us set up house!

On Good Friday (before I took off for a wild and crazy Vegas weekend), mister and I went down to the county clerk office and got our marriage license! We’re that much closer… making us now semi-ficial to mr. and mrs. status! WooP WOOP! We got there 20 minutes early with an appointment, and were out of there by the time our appointment time rolled around. It was awesome!

That’s right be sad, you stuck with me now sucka MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
