Yes- that wonderful line is what I hear at the end of my Gilad workouts- and it makes me laugh every time. For those of you who do not know Gilad, he is a TV personal trainer who has been around since the dawn of time, and he still looks amazing! He may be a bit corny, and some of the videos are from the 80’s, but seriously- the exercises work and I am seeing results!
The older series, “Bodies in Motion,” is more focused on aerobics and the newer series, “Ultimate Body Sculpt,” is focused more on strength training. Both are equally tough. I probably like the Ultimate Body Sculpt more, but that’s only because I’m uncoordinated and sometimes can’t keep up with Gilad’s swift workout routine . What’s also great for a broke bride like myself- he’s free. Everyday on Fit TV he has at least three different episodes on. Click here for his TV Schedule.
Are any of you trusting Gilad with your bodies or working out to a TV program?

For the Wedding “BEE” enthusiast- check out the lovely finds below. These would be great for someone with a bee/honey/summer themed wedding, as bridesmaids gifts, or as a little something special for yourself. The La Rochere Bee champagne flutes are already on our registry! Mr Espresso used to work at a fancy restaurant down in Newport Beach, and they served their champagne in these. I swear I ordered champagne just so I could drink out of them.

Hi, my name is Miss Espresso, and up until yesterday, I thought booking an international vacation was going to be a breeze. Ha! No- no it wasn’t.
Send me to “Overconfident Travel Agents Anonymous,” because I was wrong! The websites, they all say different things and make me feel crazy. Yay- I’m getting a cheaper flight over here- but hey- I’m getting a cheaper hotel over here- and guess what… they both equal out to the same price! I’ve never booked international travel…I’ve booked travel deals within the state before, but never anything like this, and never for this much money.
So let’s just say I spent waaaayyyyy too much time trying to figure out our honeymoon travel arrangements, because I thought I could, nay, I was determined, to crack the system and get an awesome deal. Read more…

Oh, how I loved yesterday! Our wedding invitations were delivered!!! I marked the free shipping box when we ordered them (which would also take the longest amount of time) and they came the next day! I must have scared the UPS guy. I was out in the garage, decked out in my bleach stained workout gear and separating my colors from my whites when I heard the rumble of his brown truck. I didn’t even think they could be our invites since I had ordered them the day before. But hello- they were! And I screamed “Yay” when I saw the sender: insert scared, worried smile of the UPS guy here.
I’m not including the picture of our invites yet because I want all of our family to receive them in the mail first. But I must say: the customer service, designs, and affordability that Wedding Paper Divas offers is absolutely first rate. For the bride on a budget who doesn’t want to sacrifice style- I give my recommendation. Here are some examples of what you can find there. Each of these are $1.99 or under a piece.

This is what I picture when I think of our beautiful flower girl and handsome ring bearer. I want our flower girl to feel like she’s playing dress up! I put these outfits together using Polyvore- it makes my life so much easier.
Flower Girl Outfit and Ring Bearer’s vest from Monsoon, Jacket, Pants and Socks from J. Crew and converse from Nordstrom
How fancy are your little ones dressing up?

Initially, I wanted all of my bridesmaids to wear the same dress. My vision was of an affordable tea-length, black dress that my seven beautiful friends would not only want, but love to wear again. After a week of searching, I found “it” at White House Black Market. Things were going oh-so-good. But then, after a few of them tried it on, I started to realize something - the dress looked very different on each one of them, from length to cleavage to fit. So, rather than have them all spend even more money on alterations and such, I set out to find something new. This was harder than I thought. After a month of searching, I came to the conclusion that no dress was going to fit the same on each one of my lovely bridesmaids.
I’ve decided to let each pick her own classy, tea- length, black, non-strapless dress. This will be much easier on their wallets, preference, and my brain. To help you see what my scatter brain is envisioning, I created the inspiration board below.

Ding Ding! Round 2! I enjoyed reading all of your comments from yesterday’s post and couldn’t wait to get started on today’s. So let’s keep the love flowing! Today I’m going to focus on more AFFORDABLE venues in the So Cal region. Also, I’ve realized with many of these affordable venues, rentals are not included- so always make sure and ask. Now- let’s get to it!

Back in my college days (1 month ago ) I was the type of girl who always made things more difficult than they needed to be. I chose the topics with the least amount of information available, voluntarily took on the heaviest work load of the group, and always went the “perfectionist” extra mile to make sure that my project was not only different, but “me”. Although this was the more difficult route, it also usually turned out to be the most rewarding.
Jump over to our wedding planning, and I’m the exact same way. Except this time- I want it to be “us”. When Mr. Espresso and I started to plan our wedding, we decided that our top 2 goals were to 1) Make our wedding personal, and 2) Have it outdoors. Our budget of $15,000 for 170 guests was also a deciding factor. So for you So Cal Brides looking for a venue- here are some wonderful outdoor locations that we considered, and may be of some help to you.
For the Bride with a much bigger budget than mine, I recommend my first love: Rancho Las Lomas

Hello Weddingbee family!! I am so incredibly excited to be a new member of the hive! I seriously was jumping up and down, flailing my arms around in the air, for I don’t know how long! I chose the character Miss Espresso because I absolutely love a cup of strong, black espresso or coffee. One of my greatest bargain finds was an espresso/ coffee maker at a garage sale for $5! Oh so happy that day! Sometimes my friends get jealous of the relationship I share with coffee and they do strange things. See Exhibit A for example.
