How do I write a Bee Spotlight on myself?
Well, you’ve been following along with my life the past couple of years through Weddingbee, so there isn’t much new news to share. So instead I thought I’d share a couple of our wedding pictures, because I never really posted any. Why? Here’s another little Bee Secret — I don’t post pictures of Mr. Bee. I share so much of my life, I figure at least one aspect has to remain private right?

So here are some details from our Big Day. Remember — this was back in the day when we used film cameras, and walked ten miles to school with no shoes in the snow — so these are all scanned pictures.

I wish I had a better picture of the back of my Anne Barge dress. The front was pretty simple, but the train was covered in beading in an upside down v shape, and peeked out when I walked or bustled my dress. It was what made me buy the dress!

We had very simple invitations from Dauphine Press. They had a leaf motif which we carried throughout our wedding stationery…

Was a hit!
We snacked on munchies from the extra OOT guest bags while getting ready.

Getting ready for the Korean Paebaek ceremony…

The first, and probably only time, that I will wear the traditional Korean dress, a hanbok.
This bag holds dates and chestnuts that Mr. Bee and I are supposed to catch in a scarf. They represent the number of sons and daughters that we are supposed to have.

Looks like we’re supposed to have a lot of kids?

And oh there was so much dancing!

Led all night by our incomparably adorable flower girl and Mr. Bee’s niece, Anya.

Yes we had too good of a time.
I apologize for rushing through this post — the electricity is about to turn off in 3 minutes!
