OK, so remember way back when I was still a new blogger here, before I got married?

I wrote this big, long post about how Mr. Bunny and I were fantastic together, even though I was very doubtful of our relationship at times. And how it was mostly about me and my anxiety disorder, not about Mr. Bunny.

Alright. I’ve stalled out in telling you the story of the Bunny Bridal Countdown, leaving you in suspense after my hair trial, 18 days away from my wedding. I’m sorry.

But there’s a good reason for why I’ve avoided the next step in my tale for so long. This is the part where everything started to go wrong. *covers face in hands*

*sings*

A few days before our wedding, I found out there’d be an unexpected guest. Oh yes, ladies, you know who I mean.

Can you believe that in all my days of planning, I was still without a plan for a wedding cake with less than a month to go?

Neither Mr. Bunny nor I have ever been too keen on cake, so we planned on having a homemade cookie bar instead. Mama Bunny, however, insisted we at least have a cake to cut.

I really liked the way our invitations turned out, but if I could do it over again (and had a load of cash to spend on postage, or only 30 guests), I would swipe this idea.

This post has been a loooong time coming. I had a lot of... concerns about writing about this issue, but I really think I need to share my experience, so here it goes!

With 21 days left until our wedding, Mr. Bunny and his "buddies", as he likes to call them, took off for his bachelor party. They spent Friday night at a campground in southern Ohio and then moseyed on down to Athens to spend the day in his old college town. From what I heard, it was a rollicking good time!

While Mr. Bunny was away, I took advantage of my privacy to work on his wedding gift.
