The morning of the wedding I woke up and was completely calm. All the butterflies of the week fluttered away, and I was left with a feeling of peace and a spark of “hells to the yeah, it’s my wedding day”!!! It was an incredibly gorgeous day outside (no thanks to you, weatherman!), and I could not wait for what was to come.

The evening before our wedding I was a bundle of nerves. The weatherman had been teasing me all week—rain on Saturday, no rain, thunderstorms on Friday—gaahhh! All day Friday I was watching the skies, searching for clouds. But despite the weatherman’s reports, the evening was beautiful, and we didn’t get rained out.
