Ornamental Wedding Inspiration

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — wedding inspiration is everywhere! Take holiday ornaments for example. I found this lovely one online:

Wouldn’t this color scheme of yellow, purple and hints of green make for a beautiful early spring wedding? You could even tie in a gold-colored dress to go with the background of the picture. Along with the other bees, I’ve made an inspiration board based off this ornament. Ahhh, yet another wedding I want!

Edit: After seeing how cute Miss Rainbow’s ornament inspiration board turned out, based on her Rainbow icon, I just had to go back and make a Cola version (any excuse to make another inspiration board), especially after I found this awesome Coke branded ornament in one of my favorite new color combos: aqua, white and red.

I think this is a color scheme that works well at just about any time of year, except maybe fall, so it’s super versatile, and, well, super cute!

I’m so happy you chose that ornament….my wedding theme August 2009 was the Iris flower so if you need photos of blue/purple and gold/butter yellow wedding theme just let me know 🙂

I am obsessed with the red/aqua combo. Seriously considered switching over to it, but I’m too in love with yellow to give it up. I really like the first one you did too – that’s a great combo!
