This is a size 4 Lily Pulitzer gorgeous jacquard dress named Betsey in Shorely blue which is a beautiful aqua, tiffany blue/green color with metallic gold trim. I wore this dress for 6 hours in a friends wedding. The dress is fully lined with cotton, and even has the strap at your torso to avoid having to hike the dress up all night.
