While the time has come to start organising the pre-wedding events, my bridesmaids haven’t made any progress with my bridal shower. because we are all in our early twenties none of them are particularly familiar with the tradition of showering the bride. As such, they've been more focused on plans for the hen night. However, unlike the hen night, a lot more women will be in attendance and will need some considerable warning. This event has been somewhat forgotten, so I may need to pass this task on to another person.

Mr. Bunny and I work at competing weekly newspapers, which makes it a little interesting trying to describe our work joys and frustrations without giving away too much before the paper comes out. I recently had my first bridal shower. Going into it, I was excited but slightly nervous. I am not one to be the center of attention, and knowing that people would obviously be looking at me a lot was a little overwhelming. (Just imagine what I’ll be like before the wedding! Haha.) A few weeks ago I attended what could possibly be described as one of the most fun days of my life. I wore a pretty dress, and so many of my friends were there. There was delicious food and drinks, and it was at one of my favorite homes in all of Maryland (MOH MB’s mother’s house).
