Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer, both lead actors on Fox’s hit TV show, HOUSE, announced their engagement in our local Chicago Suburban Daily Herald!

“Mr. and Mrs. David L. Morrison of Arlington Heights announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Morrison, to Jesse Gordon Spencer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Spencer of Melbourne, Australia. Jennifer, a 1997 Prospect High School graduate, received a bachelor of arts degree in theatre with a minor in English from Loyola University, Chicago, in 2000. She is employed by the Fox Network’s medical drama “House” as Dr. Allison Cameron. Jesse is a 1997 graduate of Scotch College, Melbourne, Australia. I love House! And I didn’t even know they were dating, or that she was from Chicago! How cute is it that her parents announced it in the local newspaper? Hehe

Now, this is certainly not something that 99% of us will be having at our wedding, but I thought it was interesting nonetheless. Grabow is a company that provides its clients with access to some of the hottest stars in the music industry. Whether you are looking for Bon Jovi, Black Eyed Peas or The Beach Boys, they have the ability to get them to your wedding… it is just going to cost you.

They are a family-owned business and have been working in the entertainment business since 1983. They also provide their clients with event planning services.

Again, I know this one is a little out of most of our reach, but still fun to check out!

I recently watched Season 1 of Prison Break on dvd. Not only is it a fantastic show, but I developed a huge crush on the show’s star, Wentworth Miller. Now, I’ve never really been prone to crushes of any sort, let alone celebrity crushes. But now that I’m married, I feel kinda guilty.

Now we usually don’t talk about divorce or salacious celebrity gossip here on weddingbee, but I must admit I was shocked when I first heard that Britney Spears had filed for divorce. Everyone had been waiting and rooting for it to happen, and it finally did.

My brother-in-law just sent me a link to this cnet article and youtube video that shows Kevin Federline was notified of the divorce filing via text message. That’s pretty sad - Am I the only one that feels kinda sorry for him? But I do think Britney and the kids are way better off without him.

Whenever I see a Hollywood marriage that’s lasted, I actually marvel because it’s so rare. Even couples that seem so great together (Reese and Ryan), don’t make it. Still when it comes to celebrity marriages, I always find myself rooting for them hoping that they will prove everyone wrong.

Ashton Kutcher is producing a new reality tv show based on the hit movie Wedding Crashers, where actors will crash real weddings to amuse and confuse guests.

If Ashton crashed my wedding, I’d be absolutely livid! I didn’t think it was cool when Oprah crashed several weddings to collect footage for a show she was doing either. Just because you’re a celebrity doesn’t mean that you’re welcome everywhere - especially on a day as important as someone’s wedding day.

How would you feel if Oprah crashed your wedding? How would you feel if your friends and family were in on having Ashton Kutcher crash your wedding?

Superman’s Brandon Routh proposed to his girlfriend actress Courtney Ford earlier this month. The pair of three years are starring together in a short film called Denial this fall, and plan to marry next fall.

I had lunch with Mrs. Ladybug last week, and we got to talking about one of her old posts where she posted an US Weekly wedding photo of Megan Marshall and Aiden Turner (from All My Children). Megan wore the same Amsale dress Mrs. Ladybug wore in her wedding, and several comments were made about how Mrs. Ladybug looked better in the dress. Megan then came across the post, saw everyone’s comments, and posted a comment of her own. When I heard that, I just felt horrible because I think everyone is beautiful on their wedding day.

I’ve mentioned that sometimes readers forget that the weddingbees are real people, and how hurtful comments really do affect us. But then I found myself guilty of the exact same thing - when I made a comment on that post, it never occured to me that Megan might come across weddingbee and read it. Often it’s easy to forget that celebrities are real people too. I can’t imagine how Megan must have felt, but I can say that she was extremely gracious, classy, and kind.

Megan - I think you looked beautiful on your wedding day and on behalf of weddingbee and the weddingbee community, we want to wish you and Aiden all the luck and happiness in the world.

Us Weekly has confirmed that Vince Vaughn, 36, has popped the question to his girlfriend of one year, Jennifer Aniston, 37. “They’re engaged!” a friend of the couple’s tells Us, adding, “Vince almost cries whenever he tells the story of the proposal.”
