Celebrity Wedding Crasher?

Yesterday we found out that Tiger Woods will be staying at our venue the weekend of our wedding! Whoa! Apparently there is a big golf tournament in the area that weekend (obviously). How cool would it be to have him as a wedding crasher?! Well, Mr. E said that he wouldn’t want the attention taken away from us, which I agree is absolutely right… but I definitely wouldn’t mind if Tiger showed up at 11pm and had a few drinks with us, haha. The hotel is fairly small, only 200 +/- rooms, so he can’t be all that hard to find… Maybe I’ll stalk him and slip an invitation under his door, hehehe. Totally Kidding!! But Tiger, if you are reading this, feel free to make an appearance! 
The only bad thing is that we can’t get upgraded to a suite since Mr. Woods and his entourage have monopolized them all 
Bummer…
I remember that last year, there was some hoopla when Oprah “crashed” some people’s weddings. The Tulsa couple was less than thrilled. How would you react to a celebrity wedding crasher, or has it happened to you (or someone you know?)

All of my envelopes are addressed and ready to go… even those to the “VIP” Guests. Sure, they won’t be coming to the wedding (although I do have the in’s with Mickey & Minnie) and they will be getting a pretty color copy of the invite instead of the real thing… but I’ve heard they send lovely momentos in their place. Diana: A Celebration

From now until June 10th, Cleveland’s Western Reserve Historical Society is hosting “Diana, A Celebration” to honor the life of the late Princess Diana. The exhibit will feature 150 personal objects including her wedding gown. Mr. Snow Pea and I are planning to see it in May. Even my mother loves Princess Diana and I remember seeing the images of her wedding on tv as she rode by in her glass coach engulfed by silk and tulle.

Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer, both lead actors on Fox’s hit TV show, HOUSE, announced their engagement in our local Chicago Suburban Daily Herald!
“Mr. and Mrs. David L. Morrison of Arlington Heights announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Morrison, to Jesse Gordon Spencer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Spencer of Melbourne, Australia. Jennifer, a 1997 Prospect High School graduate, received a bachelor of arts degree in theatre with a minor in English from Loyola University, Chicago, in 2000.
