These suckers are just too cute for words. They would make a great favor for wedding guests alone or as a part of larger candy buffet. The sweet treats come in pink, green, yellow, blue, orange and purple. They even come with little tags that say “sucker for love”. I just might have to snatch a few of these up!

Many brides are concerned with creating the “perfect day” down to the very last detail. Some call it being a perfectionist. Others call it anal retentive. Or crazy. What category does monogrammed toilet paper fall into? Ahh, yes, that’s right…crazy. Crazy is the new cute.

I’m completely and utterly obsessed with my new last name. If I see anything with an “H” on it, I have to get it. Hence my monogram stash. I think I need to pick just one or two so that everything is a bit more cohesive. So here’s a little Monday morning survey for you…

RE: Mrs. Ladybug’s Initial Flowers

Armed with 50% off coupons, I hit up Michaels yesterday for styrofoam. I glanced at the silk flower prices and realized this is going to be an expensive project! Still determined, I figured I’ll just use 50% and 40% off coupons for everything and do it slowly over the next year. However, today it hit me. I’m going to be putting the letters over the driveway entrance or my venue, 15 feet up in the air, attached to the archway. People will be driving through and seeing our initials from a distance - they won’t be eye level for inspection purposes. What do you think of using a combination of tissue paper and silk flowers, or even just tissue paper? Has anyone tried this and would it look okay?
