Absolutely! Your wedding ceremony can be in a park, on the beach, hotel, back yard - any where you choose.
Depending on the weather, I wear a simple dress or a suit. I have also worn attire which complemented a particular ceremony. For example, I wore a salwar kameez, a traditional Indian outfit, for a wedding that incorporated Indian traditions.
Definitely! The very nature of a Celebrant ceremony is that the ceremony is unique to the couple getting married. In fact, the couples with whom I work are very involved in the ceremony creation; every word I say in a ceremony is approved by the couple. If there is particular wording a couple desires, I will incorporate it into the ceremony.
Yes, many couples choose to write their own vows. On the other hand, some people like to have a little help, so I provide samples from which they can borrow. Either way, I'm available to help guide the process, if needed.
No. I can offer suggestions, but the couple chooses their own readings. Or- they can choose to have none at all!
