Careylynne will take care of your photography needs! We pride ourselves in capturing the beauty and emotion of the celebration. Check out our packages here. We include in all our packages two photographers and unlimited time. We want to be there from start to finish.   With a well balance team you will have the memories that will last you a life time.

We have added a photobooth to our packages, it is fun and excited for all guests, we include props and this will add flare and fun to any reception. Our photobooth is more like a photo studio we can have it set up so many guest can be in the picture. Plus it prints in just 9 seconds and the bride and groom get a strip and so does your guest. Great fun.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

We will edit each pitcure for color and lighting. We take pride in making sure that that scare on your hand goes away if you would like it too.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes we work with Strob and stationary lighting .

Is your media preference film or digital?

We use only digital, however we alway have film cameras as a back up. We have a total of 4 digital cameras with us and 2 film at all times.

How many photographers do you work with?

We have 6 on staff and always take two to three to every wedding.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes someone will be there if our lead photographer for some reason can not make it. We have 4 top photographers and two senior photographer that is part time only to fill in when needed.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Never. We do one and only one wedding per day. We may do two in a weekend. But only one per day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We use Canon camera's 3 5D and Two 20D"s ,40D Canon Rebal XSI.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes we have 2 film Camera, A2E and EOS3

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We charge per wedding, We like to be at the rehersal and at the wedding venue for the getting ready of the bride and groom, If we have to we will go to the place they are getting ready at. We have a female photographer so she can go with the Bride while she is getting ready to get some before candid shots.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

We will be at the wedding for the whole day, until everyone leaves to make sure we get all the shots you are hoping for. This is included in all our packages.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do eat at the wedding and we do reguire for the bride to provide us with a meal however we do not need to sit with the quest and we eat last.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes if we have to travel more then 100 miles. Plus if we have to travel far and have to fly and or stay in a hotel that is extra.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

We strive very hard to have them in 4 weeks for viewing.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Well currently it will be in a paper format and we are working on getting them online through our wedsite.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

We like to get the proofs back with in 3 to 4 months.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

YES

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

YES

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Will images be available for viewing online?

All images are available on our wedsite for family and friends to view and purchase.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer a coffee Table style book and a Sleeve style.

When will the client get the final album?

About 5 to 6 weeks from the wedding date.

Do you support or cater to any specific religions?

No I welcome all

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?

The small so far is 35 outdoor in the rain to 500 quest and a Formal sit down dinner.

Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?

I have a wide relm that I am familiar with, I am very confident that I can work with any venue and I will make your day a very special one.
