Corbin Gurkin on Lake Como.
We organized an italian style wedding inspiration on the antique villa
La Dorda del Nonno on Lake Como, that was featured last week on
Ceci Style New York , the fashion and style wedding guide by the famous design
Ceci Johnson , that also created wedding invitations and menus for this inspiration shoot.
A fine estate abbiamo lavorato su un progetto sul Lago di Como con Corbin Gurkin, una fotografa di gran talento. Abbiamo organizzato un servizio fotografico di ispirazione per le spose nella villa La Dorda del Nonno sul lago di Como, che è stato pubblicato la scorsa settimana su Ceci Style New York, la guida on-line di style e moda della famosa designer Ceci Johnson, che ha anche creato gli inviti e i menu per questo servizio.

- Heart-shaped cake with strawberries, chantilly cream or vanilla cream. The base may be of
pastry. Once I've done it well by cutting out 2 discs of
puffy pastry with heart-shaped cutter, creating a
Millefoglie.
You can stuff with chantilly cream or vanilla cream and then decorate with strawberries.

Ecco alcune idee per un fare una dolce sorpresa a San Valentino.
- Torta a forma di cuore con fragole e panna o crema. La base potrebbe essere di pasta frolla . Io una volta l'ho fatta anche ritagliando due dischi di pasta sfoglia con lo stampo a forma di cuore, creando una millefoglie. Si può farcire con panna o con crema e poi decorare con le fragole.
- Biscotti a forma di cuore di pasta frolla con marmellata di fragole o di ciliege. Trovate una ricetta semplice qui
- Biscotti al cacao a forma di cuore
- Biscotti glassati a forma di cuore, una bella ricetta su Giallo Zafferano
- Cup cakes decorati con cuoricini di zucchero or rose di pasta di zucchero o marzapane.
