I offer simple, personal and uncomplicated ceremonies. Whether you have an intimate ceremony in my home or at your location, I fit into your day! I will perform your ceremony in a magical way that will touch your soul and inspire your future together. Every couple I work with receives a hand written calligraphy certificate of commitment, I take pictures, and I post announcements free-of-charge in TribLocal and FACEBOOK.

ELOPEMENT-  Couples come from all over the United States to elope to Pine Manor, where Rev. Pamela performs a personalized ceremony and hosts the couple in her in-home bed and breakfast. Spend the night in the honeymoon suite and your next day sightseeing on Chicago’s Michigan Mile. One night stay package $750

What is your attire for the ceremony?

Generally my attire is formal, white suite pictured on my website. However, I officiate pagan rituals and themed weddings where I dress accordingly.

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?

I am most definitely flexible with the wording of your ceremony - it's your ceremony. I want to help you make it as personal and romantic as possible! Vows and ceremony wording. I have per-written so ceremonies you can adapt or write your own. I do offer Ritual and ceremony writing services for weddings and civil union ceremonies that I do not officiate. If you need help writing your vows or ceremony - give me a call.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?

Yes, Please write your own vows and I will work to write a ceremony that complements your beliefs and desires. I can help you incorporate the handfasting ritual into your ceremony and I also make blessed cords in full moon ritual prayer.

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?

I have two ceremony versions available to download on my website. One incorporates the ring ceremony and one incorporates the handfasting "Hand blessing" I like to use when the couple does not exchange rings. And - again, Custom write or combine them for a ceremony that will touch your heart!

How long are your ceremonies?

The length of my ceremonies are really up to you. The pre-writen versions are about 20 minutes, and if you get married in my home it includes the venue for 1-1/2 hours. Custom written ceremonies have been as long as 2 hours, with spiritual readings, and live music. Rituals can be longer depending how we call quarters and etc.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?

I do offer relationship and spiritual counseling to my couples, but I don't require it. I also provide private prayer and spell work. I do want to speak on the phone live if possible before every ceremony, but because I offer a "hassle-free" courthouse alternative, which sometimes can be short notice, we only communicate through eMail. Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?

Yes. Pine Manor is available for rehearsals, and rental to private groups, corporate retreats, and circles who want to utilize the space for their own ceremonies. I offer in-house home catering and can manage the party planning for you.

Do you supply a sound system?

I have a microphone and amp we use when we have as large guest list and hold the ceremony outside. We have MP3 Player / CD in the honeymoon suite and We have an arrangement with a local band for live music and they bring their own equipment. everything else we would need to rent.
