We ordered 200 filled cupcakes and followed her advice for numbers and amounts ordered. She and I went over the order in detail and she called back promptly with an amount which I paid in full about a month before the wedding. The week before the wedding, she contacted my daughter to say she had lost our order, then when she found it, emailed her to say that I had told her we weren't having any fillings. When I called her to challenge her on that she said I had not paid for fillings. I asked her for a complete invoice and she realized I had paid for them, although then she told me she never would have approved coconut filling as it can't be used in cupcakes. Two days later she called to demand another $100. I told her we had already paid and she was being unethical. She hung up on me. Although I felt that I should not have to pay more, I called her back and offered to split the difference. The cupcakes were delivered on time, and looked gorgeous. However some varieties were not filled ... Read moreat all, and others had a very tiny amount of filling, and did not match the flavors we had ordered. If you work with her, get everything in writing and in detail. I am told the vegan cupcakes were dry and not worth the extra money.

Well in this case, im going to have to disagree and defend myself here and say that you are just flat out lieing, and you know that you are...
You for warned me that you were going to trash me all over social media, way before this event.
I will not get into great detail on here, but will leave you with this..
I do not ever lose orders, nor did i tell you that.
You heard what you wanted to hear and then took total advantage of me. You told me "no fillings", then when having to answer to your daughter, you promptly threw me under the bus and wanted everything for peanuts.
I am always open to constructive critism, but will defend myself when somebody is attacking me and just a troublemaker.
The customer is not always right, and when someone like youself bullies to get her way, im going to dispute.
Bottom line is:
you did not want to pay for product, and didn't.
I ate most the cost of your very expensive fillings!!!
Hence the reason you left your name off this nasty review.
